Newsletter from 6/18

I see neighbors outside enjoying our fine June sunshine and it makes me glad to be part of this wonderful community. We’ve got a great line-up of traditional events planned to keep your summer rolling along:

PARADE ROLLS AT 9AM

No need to wait for high noon, the parade waits for no one: we roll rain or shine!

  • Route Map: Down Rollingwood Dr From Riley to Ridgewood Up Ridgewood to Pickwick to the Rollingwood Park
  • Honorary Grand Marshal: Bill Hamilton
  • Line-up: 8:30 AM at the corner of Riley and Pickwick
  • Kids Parade: line up at Wallis and Rollingwood (decorated bikes, wagons, etc)

CELEBRATE AT THE PARK AFTER THE PARADE!

  • Flag presented by Cub Scout Pack 66
  • National Anthem sung by Nicholas Williams
  • Food and Drink available for purchase
  • Kid Activities
  • Raffle
    • Tickets will be sold along the parade route for $1
    • Raffle to take place at picnic.
    • Must be present to win.
  • Proceeds go to Rollingwood’s Beautification Fund
